Welcome to Paranoia Scary Attraction! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our Scary Attraction events. By accessing our site or purchasing tickets, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed once a purchase is made.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • Please double-check your selected date and time before confirming your booking.
  1. Event Participation
  • Our attraction is designed to be intense and may not be suitable for everyone. It includes dark spaces, jump scares, strobe lights, fog effects, loud sounds, and physically immersive elements.
  • Not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, suffer from epilepsy, or have any medical or mental health concerns that may be triggered by a horror environment.
  • You enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or medical issues that may occur during or after the experience.
  1. Age Restrictions
  • Guests must be at least [insert minimum age, e.g., 13+] to attend. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specified.
  • ID may be required at the entrance.
  1. Behavior Policy
  • Aggressive behavior, vandalism, touching actors or props, use of drugs/alcohol, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion.
  1. Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to release Paranoia Scary Attraction, its staff, actors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during your visit.

  1. Photography & Media
  • Photography and video recording are not allowed inside the attraction.
  • By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional media if you appear in photos or videos taken by our staff.
  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before attending our events.
